I'm retired now, but did a bit over the past 45 years in the telecommunications industry. Now I play golf and chair the Owners Corporation in which we live on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula at Moonah Links.With plenty of experience in Sales & Service leadership, I have a strong, long-term record of success leading operations teams to realise business growth. At Red Hat, my achievements spoke for themselves with the account value tripling in just two years and year on year growth in excess of 50% over that short period. 100% achievement in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 with President's Club awarded in 2018!I managed teams in multiple areas of sales and service over the years, including professional services, sales and delivery, customer service, and product development. I managed teams by motivating them to work productively and collaboratively, leading pre-sales, consultants, engineers, and service providers to deliver elite sales and customer service outcomes, drive client retention and evolve into high-performing teams. My own client relationship management skills also resulted in exceptional retention rates.
