I facilitated the development of the company mission statement by interviewing employees, and presenting and managing discussion at company-wide meetings. Further, I was able to improve sales by taking the initiative to sell otherwise scrapped.

Initiated and developed a research project in which we analyzed the benefits to the company of establishing a socially responsible mutual fund. We then presented this proposal to the CEO and board level management. My other responsibilities included conducting market research; drafting proposals; and organizing an intra-office educational lunch.
