Delivered ad-hoc query capability and improved statistics data to over 1000 users from diverse business teams. Enhanced the capabilities of onshore and offshore consultants with little financial services experience to develop complex solutions to meet specific business needs.• Designed and developed the Interactive Query Tool (IQT). IQT is a .net/C# application built to work within Excel to allow portfolio managers, research analysts, client relationship managers, and product management to perform ad-hoc query analysis.• Managed a team of twenty-five consultants rewriting the firm’s account-level reporting statistics. Identified the scope of the 500 legacy statistics requiring migration, reverse-engineered the legacy logic, worked with the business to identify logic improvements, and developed and tested the new calculations.

Gathered business requirements, created functional specifications, performed data analysis, and managed the testing efforts to create Wellington Management Company’s internet application suite. Worked closely with the business to understand workflow requirements and client needs while adding intranet applications to streamline the account-opening process and allow client-level customization of the extranet sites.• Led the functional analysis and testing for a rapid deployment of offshore and institutional investor prospect sites as well as the intranet application created to configure, customize, and maintain the sites. • Defined future workflow requirements, analyzed code, and created technical specifications for sections of the Account Information Manager (AIM) application. • Managed the testing team for an extranet investment reporting application and three internal Java applications designed to configure and maintain the extranet site. Leveraged the Test Director application to create comprehensive test plans and issue tracking reports.

Expanded both business and systems analysis skill sets on three diverse projects at State Street Corporation. Performed gap analysis on existing requirements, derived new requirements from the business, created functional and technical specifications, and managed test efforts.
