Hurdle/Sprint Coach
GSE Graf Speed Enhancement is a clinic of skill improvement of strength and conditioning to athletes in all sports. After attending GSE as a client myself, I wanted to give back and volunteer. I worked in sprints and hurdles throughout this time. Having great knowledge of these events throughout my time and success at UW-Whitewater, I was able to develop my skills and teach other athletes who are aspiring to continue to grow in their event as well.
