I have a background in computers and electronics repair with experience in telecommunication infrastructure installation. I have been working in the field for several years. I have a thirst for knowledge on computer systems and I am constantly trying to learn more about emerging trends in the IT industry as well as cybersecurity threats. To say I have learned "enough" about something would be to close myself off to learning all I can and that will not happen. I am constantly challenging myself to do things and take on tasks that I have not completed before just so I can add a new skill to my repertoire. I have been working as a point of escalation for my current company for more than a couple years.
