Urban Settlement Services, LLC (d/b/a Urban Lending Solutions) (“ULS”), founded by Charles Sanders in 2002, and its subsidiaries provide a wide variety of outsourced services to its clients including mortgage fulfillment services, home retention solutions, appraisals and valuation services, title and settlement services, document fulfillment, call center and collection services. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, with additional offices in Broomfield and Highlands Ranch, CO, Troy, MI, and Westlake Village, CA, ULS creates long-term partnerships by thoroughly understanding clients’ needs. ULS also invests time and capital to assess and train each staff member, so employees have extensive knowledge of regulations that impact the mortgage industry. ULS’ clients include lending institutions, credit unions and mortgage servicers. ULS also offers document fulfillment to the following sectors: 1) healthcare, 2) government, 3) utilities, 4) higher education, and 5) oil and gas. Through its subsidiary, Urban Lending Solutions Appraisals, LLC (ULSA), the company provides independent and accurate valuations of collateral. Beyond corporate citizenship, ULS nurtures community citizenship and global charities to help fund and support existing charities and youth programs.
