At the heart of my professional journey lies a dedication to nurturing the next generation. With over a decade of steering youth development initiatives, I currently lead the softball program at Crean Lutheran High School, building on my experience as a Program Manager II at Centene Corporation. I bring a unique blend of operations leadership and a passion for coaching/mentoring to the table. My mission to empower individuals transcends into my role at CLHS, where I ensure our values of teamwork, perseverance, and excellence resonate throughout our community. I have two decades of supervisory experience, including a multi-unit manager role with annual budgets in excess of twenty million dollars in sales. My list of transferable skills has prepared me for many roles as a leader or individual contributor, in an extensive list of industries. Food and beverage, healthcare, administration, Human Resources, retail, training and project management. My skills are equipped for any role.
