My experience in the private sector began in executive roles for such companies as McDonnell Douglas, American Express, and ARAMARK. Most of those years were spent as an organization development executive. Other leadership positions I held were in human resources, program management (P&L of $20MM), and business development.I later became a retained executive recruiter for a "top five" global search firm and rose to be the managing partner of their St. Louis office. My clients included healthcare, manufacturing, medical device, aerospace, financial services, information management, transportation, food services, nonprofit and higher education organizations, among others. My placements ranged from public company CEO to chief medical officer in the U.S. Asia and Europe. During this period, I published my groundbreaking book on executive integration, "BEFORE ONBOARDING: How to Integrate New Leaders for Quick and Sustained Results" (five stars on Amazon). I have served as a keynote speaker on this important topic and have been interviewed on several podcasts, and by numerous professional publications (including "CEOWorld"). For the past 12 years I have been a board-certified executive and business coach serving organizations in the US, Asia, Europe and Latin America. I take my role in helping executives excel very seriously. My holistic personal coaching philosophy and passion for doing the right things on purpose is how I work.I also provide one-on-one in-person or remote executive career transition coaching to executives searching for new career opportunities.
