My experience includes leading the (strategic as well as tactical) Human Resources function for services, manufacturing, high technology, and insurance operating units for major; Fortune 300 corporations. Recently, I supported a major financial institution generating over $402M in 2007 revenue. Currently, supporting the Southeast Region as well as the Aerospace Division of Kuehne + Nagel's logistics operations I provide HR services to 1,000 employees. Previous to this assignment I oversaw the Human Resources activities of multiple/ independent services and high tech engineering and manufacturing locations including operations abroad (Canada and UK.) My experience includes particular strengths in the area of talent management, business partnership and compliance activities. I developed numerous tactical initiatives addressing our major strategic business goals. In each of these assignments major focus areas included the attraction and retention of highly skilled employees. I implemented programs that improved selection of new employees and revitalized the employee development processes that improved productivity in support of our operation. An example, recently, I completed a revamping of our commission plan for outside sales personnel. As a result of this plan, we are seeing a transformation of salaried-based passive sales personnel to a highly energized commissioned-based sales force.
