Mechanical Planning of Day to Day routine maintenance work orders.Mechanical planning of plant outages to be performed in the safest and most cost effective manner possible.Work within SAP for all aspects of maintenance and help with yearly budget forecast.Inter-react with maintenance mechanics to insure all jobs are performed in the safest and most cost effective manner possible and help ensure parts from stock have been put in work order, received on and work order closed out.Write PO request for parts, mat'l, contractors, equipment rentals, cranes, manpower etc.Maintain records and planning of all filter preventive maintenance, compressor preventive maintenance , pump p.m.’s, Mobile Equipment, scales, rail car track and Procurement Card. Make planning modules for cost effective planning and for future use in reducing the amount of time and effort required to plan repetitive jobs.Research vendors, manpower resources, parts and inventory, purchasing of parts, scheduling of vendors, contractors, manpower resources, equipment and cranes etc.Plan and implement crane lifts, oversee the lifts to insure that all company rules and regulation are followed and work closely with the crane vendors to enforce the companies crane procedures.Work closely with vendors to insure that all equipment / heat exchangers sent out for repair are completed in a timely fashion, within given schedule and the quality and safety of job is within the scheduling and guidelines of the company.Specialties: Knowledge of Recip. Compressors, Centrifugal Compressors, Centrifugal Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Cranes and lift plans and SAP in Maintenance Role. Knowledge of SAP in the Planner role that includes ordering of parts and mat'l, vendors, contractors, manpower, cranes, lift plans and PO request sent to purchasing to make PO's plus receiving on mat'l in SAP MIGO and fix discrepancies.Heat Exchanger removal, cleaning, inspection, pressure testing.
