Marketing Assistant
As the Marketing Assistant I was responsible for supporting the entire marketing department, coordinating public relations, and contributing to the marketing for each show throughout New England. My responsibilities included:• Coordinated press and policies with publicity teams for artists that have included Ariana Grande, Twenty One Pilots, and The Who• Ensured on-site press adheres to each act’s specific policies during shows at New England’s premier venues including the TD Garden, Xfinity Center, and Rockland Trust Bank Pavilion• Developed and distributed weekly press releases for on-sale announcements and show updates to the Live Nation New England press distribution list• Maintained relationships with New England’s leading media outlets including The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, and iHeart Media• Contributed to the development, organization, and completion of adpacks• Managed Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter advertising for Brighton Music Hall shows• Trained and managed the part-time Marketing Assistant by teaching the proper procedures when working on-site, developing a schedule, and administering in-office tasks • Worked with the Accounting Department to ensure advertisement breakouts are done accurately and are accounted for• Placed over $15,000 in art, radio, and television advertisement orders each month• Proofed online, print, radio, and television advertising for all Live Nation shows throughout New England
