Lead Developer of USCENTCOM Campaign Plan synchronizing the activities of 33k military personnel. Supervises compartmentalized planning for National Contingency Plans and associated support plans. Provides oversight of the Counter-ISIS Train and Equipment Fund (CTEF) valued at over $500M annually. • Provided oversight of $1.1B over the course of two years with 100% accountability. Submitted 2 of 5 USCENTCOM legislative proposals increasing top line CTEF funding $140M.• Directed and supervised 15 senior and highly skilled military, DoD civilian, and contractor planners during 35 major operational or contingency planning efforts.• Oversight of the USCENTCOM Campaign Plan and linking operations, activities, and investments to campaign objectives to achieve NDS, NMS, and NS-CT Objectives.• Reviewed Global Campaign Plan for C-VEO, completed a bi-lateral contingency plan, participated in the revision of a national compartmentalized contingency plan, and the USCENTCOM support plan.

Led campaign planning and operational effects for the Army's Contingency Corps Headquarters, supporting Geographic Combatant Commands and contingency operations. Managed Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) planning. Coordinated force structure, including requests for forces and equipment, and planned force management for assigned operational control and tactical control supported forces, including coalition partners. • Organized a rehearsal of concept for 4 Army divisions and 6 separate brigades representing the mobilization and deployment of 94,000 U.S. Army troops in support of Joint Force Contingency Operations increasing efficiency and identifying capability gaps.• Led the operational planning for a Corps War Fighter Exercise in support of Joint Force Contingency Plan.
