• Managed contracts for delivery of solar mounting systems to domestic and international customers by leading a multi-disciplinary team in a start-up manufacturing environment. • Created and monitored product launch plan based on procurement, manufacturing, and schedule requirements for each new product. • Supervised studies to identify manufacturing and assembly efficiencies for each product, leading to cost savings for both the customer and the company.

• Managed multiple contracts for the delivery of Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) for subway construction in China and Canada. Project scope included all activity from inception to delivery, commissioning, and post-launch service and support.

• Managed design and development of new products for clients in the life-sciences industry. Designs were based on clients’ technical specifications using DFMA (design for manufacturing and assembly) principles.

• Managed electro-mechanical design and development of new printers and photocopiers. Two major products launched to market on time and under budget.
