Civil works include earthworks, drainage, pavements and asphalt.- Compile the monthly progress claims for the client at Woolgoolga to Ballina in relation to drainage works.- Conduct weekly safety inspections and assist in incident investigations for areas under my control.- Planning and implementation of traffic switches and general traffic management on site.- Undertake safety and environmental inductions for subcontracted personnel and oversee the compliance to Project Safety Plans and Construction Environmental Management Plans.- Assist Project Quality Managers in relation to compliance of Lot Records, review of lot records for closure, proposals for NCR disposition, seek design clarification through the RFI process. - Write comprehensive Inspection and Test Plans to satisfy the requirements of TMR and RMS Specifications.- Liaise with external stakeholders such as BCC and RMS
