• Controlled operations for every athletic event during the Spring Semester – including field maintenance, ticket sales, and accommodating opposing teams (hotels, food, etc.)• Worked with compliance director to ensure that the athletic department is staying within the rules and regulations of the Heartland Conference and NCAA• Oversaw and managed work study students employed by the athletics department• Placed bids and set budgets with NCAA to host regional and super regional tournaments• Worked with opposing teams regarding their travel and lodging arrangements while playing at St. Mary’s University• Assisted in hosting the Heartland Conference golf championship in Horseshoe Bay, TX – including placement of conference signage around course, working with nine other conference schools and their staffs to plan and execute the tournament, and scoring four rounds of both men’s and women’s championship rounds• Captured video and photos during games that were used for articles, social media posts, and blogs on the St. Mary’s athletics website
