• In a team of three providing SCCM technical support for the Technology Refresh Project tasked with upgrading over 20,000 XP workstations and laptops in W.A’s largest SCCM environment.• Create and manage SCCM boundary groups as required using multiple IP subnets for all hospitals and offices assigned.• Configure and dispatch multiple distribution points to the required hospitals and offices. • Upgrade up to 100 Windows XP machines every night using the Zero Touch Install method with a custom database, dynamic apps and USMT.• Check deployment logs for any failed OS Upgrades and provide resolutions to onsite deployment techs.• Identify any reoccurring issues for deployment or upgrade and provide a resolution.• Submit change requests with HPOV for any changes made to the large Department of Health SCCM environment.• Update asset information as required and liaise with local IT.• Provide documentation and guides to the on-site deployment technicians as required.

Some Job roles carried out are, support for General PC issues such as Microsoft Office including outlook professional 2003, support for users unable to connect via VPN, Transfer of users from one domain to another, first line of support for server and network issues, provided support for many third party programs, applied network resources and became familiar with paradigm ticketing program to log jobs to on site support.
