• Identify any reoccurring issues for deployment or upgrade and provide a resolution.

• SCCM 2012 SP1 R2 Administration Configuring and maintaining, Windows updates for Windows 7 Systems for over 2000 machines across 34 offices.
• Deployment of applications and settings with SCCM and group policy to the department of housing desktop fleet.
