I supervised the operations aspect of the Nashua Police Department's: Records Division, Communications Division, Fleet Maintenance Division, Building Maintenance Division and Information Technology Division.I was also responsible for managing the PAL Officer, Sr. Relations Officer, Grant Officer and Community Service Coordinator.

Served as First Line Supervisor during Negotiations.

Uniform Field Operation Bureau Supervisor; Worked in the Patrol Division sharing (with 3 other Sergeants) the responsibility of managing a shift of approximately 25 police officers and 10 civilian support personnel.

Investigative Research. Narcotics Intelligence Division:

I Worked in the Nashua School District as an Elementary SRO. In 1999 I became the on-site Resource Officer at Nashua High School and Nashua High School South. I assisted administration and faculty with various school issuse and was integrated into the faculty of the school. The position has since developed into a two officer position that is fully funded and staffed by members of the Nashua Police Department. It continues to be a success over 15 years after its inception. The role of School Resource Officer is the finest example of Community Policing.

I served as one of the original Community Police Officers for the City of Nashua at both the Ash Street and Brook Village Community Police Centers.

The best time of my police career...Worked as a patrol officer in the Uniform Field Operations Bureau.

I served as the Director of Athletics for Presentation of Mary Academy in Hudson, NH. It was a very rewarding experience. This was a part time position with duties that include organizing and scheduling all of the schools athletic programs. We developed Instructional Soccer, Cross Country, Cheerleading, Basketball, Instructional Basketball, Lacrosse, Instructional Baseball, Instructional Softball , Track & Field. PMA is looking expand many of their programs. Teams compete in CYO and Tri County Athletics.

Professional Standards Bureau: First Line Supervisor for Recruiting, Training and CALEA Accreditation. This was an all encompassing job that really taught me how the organization works. This was an I nvaluable experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. I was able to supervise the hiring of Police Officers, and also manage the Flagship CALEA Accreditation, received in 2009.

I Coached Boy's Lacrosse at Nashua High School and Nashua High School South. Former players have furthered their education at some of the top colleges in the United States and Canada. Several Division I , Division II and Division III players were developed in this program. I was also a member of the NHIAA Boys Lacrosse Committee and was involved in the development and advancement of youth lacrosse programs in Greater Nashua.

Corporal: Served as the Battalion Ammunition and Explosives NCO for the 3rd Battalion 7th Special Forces Group. I did not attend the SFQC and would not pose as a Tabbed SF Team member. However, 3/7th is all I know other than a very short stint in the 82nd. All of my memories from serving are with guys from 3/7 whether in HHC or A,B,C Company. Actively deployed to several areas in Central and South America. I was stationed in The Republic of Panama at Fort Gulick and Fort Davis on the Atlantic side of the isthmus. I also spent a considerable amount of time on Fort Sherman, the home of the Jungle Operations Training Center. (Devils Beach)
