At Wootton Consulting, I lead a consultancy specialising in strategic political advice, public relations, and multimedia communications. I managed the Conservative campaign in Warwick and Leamington during the 2024 General Election, developing communication strategies that successfully engaged a diverse electorate. My role also involves overseeing branding and content creation projects, including book publicity and podcast management, to help clients build and scale their public profiles. As National Secretary, I serve as the primary contact for members, ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. I’ve spearheaded process improvements and oversee the regular updating of our compliance policies. Additionally, I collaborate with external partners, including Fujitsu and Sainsbury's, to develop and implement public speaking training programs. I also conduct nationwide seminars on public speaking and speech construction, both within the organisation and externally, while assessing and enhancing members' speaking abilities.
