Responsible for the P&L for Experian Interactive’s subscription based consumer product (CreditExpert), its vehicle providence checking service (Autocheck), and its price comparison service (LowerMyBills).• Leading a team of 8 product managers• Product strategy, roadmap and product development• User experience design and management• Coordinating/interfacing with operational and lead generating departments to deliver revenue targets

I managed a team helping to define strategy for Hilton's website and mobile platforms outside of The USA .This included:- international research and analysis relating to websites and mobiles- analysing future digital product developments by customer type- optimising user experience and business results using online analytic tools and user centred design practices

Working as senior member of the marketing team in an online retail/comparison service, my role was to manage an insight and user experience design team of eight specialists. Together we analysed consumer and online markets and developed appropriate marketing strategies and online user experiences. This involved:- building consumer segmentation models- applying user centred design- specifying web site functionality and marketing capabilities to maximise online sales- working with the marketing and IT teams to produce functional requirement specifications- leading key projects.

A member of eBA (later CeBA), the marketing department within British Airways tasked with developing and implementing online retail and service strategies. In a fluid resource managed department, I was responsible for various projects and initiatives relating to different areas of BA's online proposition including:- online selling (flight and non-flight)- BA's online executive club- BA's online servicing functionality

Responsible for joint communications initiatives between member companies (Unilever, Kimberly-Clark and Cadburys) of this jointly owned CRM organisation. I managed a magazine distributed to up to 750,000 high value consumers each month. This included distributing highly personalised offers with bar coded tracking, as well as managing subsequent research and analysis on results. I also investigated several new media concepts with The Henley Centre on behalf of 'the Consortium' member companies.

Part of the original team of 7 of this mains gas start up, owned by Calor Gas and Texaco. Originally marketing analyst managing a small team of graduates, later becoming part of the core marketing team working for the head of marketing. One of the most successful companies in this de-regulated market, growing to over 400 employees before it was sold to nPower.
