Mike is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM practitioner who helps business owners and individuals with their corporate and personal retirement planning.A graduate of Hillsdale College in Michigan, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Mike has served our clients for over 20 years and has earned his CLU, ChFC and CFP® designations. He is the 2018 recipient of the prestigious HTK Blue Chip Award, which is awarded annually to only one of the over 1,000 HTK advisors, for high standards of integrity, ethics and dedication to service**.Mike is proud to be a founding member of Client Advocacy Partners, a national study group of eight investment advisors who share creative and timely planning solutions to collectively service more than a billion dollars in client assets. He serves as a board member of the National Advisory Council for his broker dealer and has also been involved with the 401(k) Coach, Financial Planning Association, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and has qualified multiple times for Top of the Table with MDRT, the premier association of financial professionals.As an active member of the community, Mike enjoys participating in a variety of non-profit organizations. He was the founding President of Propel, the local young professionals group, as well as a past President of Oshkosh Southwest Rotary. He served on the Investment committee for the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation for 10 years, and the Paine Art Center board of directors. Mike is a past recipient of the Oshkosh Northwestern’s 4 Under 40 award, and he has been recognized as his club's Rotarian of the Year as well as the Chamber’s Volunteer of the Year.Mike and his wife, Lisa, are very proud parents of two teenage children. They enjoy a variety of activities including swing dancing, travel, biking, skiing, and time with family and friends.
