This product has experienced a successful and consistent 40% year over year growth in 6 years. This has involved managing Marketing, Sales, Customer Operations, and Agile Software Development teams. • Was co-responsible for Presence, an enterprise CMS. Presence is leading provider of web communication in the Education, HealthCare and Municipal markets. This product had consistent growth and significant market penetration. Primarily focused on the Sales Enablement, Market Analysis, Product Strategy and Product Ownership. • Assisted other product lines including an Enterprise Mentoring solution, Anonymous Bullying Reporting Solution, Mobile App and Identity Provider Solution.

Coordinated several implementation and development projects for enterprise, government and education clients. Launched and led St. Xenia House, a radical new way of doing subsidized housing for people to transition from shelters. It involves 5-6 people living the community life in a fully functioning house in the heart of downtown Toronto. St. Xenia House was developed as a partnership between St. John the Compassionate Mission, Our Homes Corporation and Toronto Housing Corporation

Responsible for functional and usability testing, documentation and unit testing of an enterprise Single Sign-On solution. Also responsible for front end programming and minor maintenance via .Net, JavaScript, JUnit and SQL.

Numerical Modelling of Electronic Transport in Silicon using MATLAB to gain insight into Silicon Light Emitting Diodes. Worked under Dr. Ray Spiteri and Dr. Michael Bradley of the Numerical Analysis Lab and Plasma Research Lab respectively.
