SEPA Payroll Monitoring Team:Completed four weeks of systems training relevant to my role.Member of the payroll monitoring team who monitored payroll for the Top 20 clients.Completed monthly MIS identifying and analyzing percentage of clients monitored successfully or unsuccessfully. Identifying clients where performance of payroll monitoring could be improved and engaging with the relevant stakeholders to ensure this.Worked with Client Support Officers and Relationship Managers to create Payroll calendar for clients, ensuring clients were engaged in the process to ensure pay date to meet clients expectations.
