Hotels - Year 1 • Valuation of approx. 50 Dublin and regional Ireland hotels. • Overseeing of development pipeline for Dublin. • Design and formulation of external hotel market presentation. • Pitching, designing brochures and assisting in hotel sales processes. • Engagement with clients and providing market updates. • Training and teaching of interns and junior surveyors. • Appraising development sites for hotels. Valuations - Year 2 • Overseeing and collating all industrial comparables. • Writing valuation reports for various asset classes, primarily; industrial, hotel, office and PRS. • Providing valuation advice to investment funds, HNWI, asset managers and banks officials. Development Land & Consultancy -Year 3 • Overseeing the sale of plots of land with planning permission in Greater Dublin Area. • Advising numerous private and public clients on optimal development / sales strategies to maximise value. • Appraising land with planning permission for commercial and residential developments, to determine land and development values. • Advising clients on large development projects and providing day to day project management services to oversee masterplan formulation and development design.

• Working for AIB in the preparation of nonperforming loans for tender to investment funds. • Data analytics / remediation of documents to be analysed for the value of a portfolio. • Collecting and verifying; mortgage, property, income and personal data. • Extracting sensitive data quickly, from various sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance to specific connections. • 6 months working with the Financial Services & Pensions Ombudsman Complaints team with AIB. • Reviewing/summarising customer accounts and complaints. Interpreting CCMA/MARP legislation and recommending appropriate compensation or appropriate escalation. • Liaising with the Ombudsman, relevant AIB departments and the Case manager to ensure accuracy and legality of findings.

• Primarily working in liquidations, receiverships and asset management • Payment of electricity/gas bills, organising security, dealing with legal obligations and overseeing of property maintenance during receivership period. • Liaising with; property management companies, county councils, water services and other financial services in the running and sale of a portfolio of properties, over phone & email. • Submission and calculation of redundancy and insolvency packages for both Maplin and Carillion Liquidations (Irish subsidiaries). • Issuing of notice to creditors, organisation of logistics and taking minutes for the creditors meeting to commence a liquidation.
