Initially, my role was created to help increase TrueCommerce Ireland's revenue through lead generation and to increase exposure where possible. This was accomplished through various marketing methods such as email campaigns, cold-calling/warm-calling, web inquiries and following up on website visits. Many of the leads generated were from recognizable retail brands/companies.Eight months later I was given the opportunity to join our expanding Supplier Adoption team to assist with Supplier On-boarding for our highly successful E-invoicing platforms used by several of Ireland's largest retail companies. This included -contacting suppliers and guiding them through the on-boarding process-upsell/cross-sell where possible-liaise with customers/colleagues to ensure suppliers enjoyed a smooth on-boarding process-explain software functionalities and assist where necessaryFollowing a company-wide re-brand involving the amalgamation of three EDI companies, further opportunities arose in our Dublin office which saw me take on a Sales/Account management role . My role involved managing existing customer orders, developing new business, creating contracts based on customer requirements ensuring it meets commercial and technical approval within the business, and negotiating prices.Other responsibilities include - - Managing a pipeline and updating CRM system.- Meeting targets set by management- Collaborating with team members (Pre-sales, Support, Development)- Remote demos of software

As the first line of contact for customers, I was directly responsible for dealing with customer queries and complaints, maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring all parts and accessories were readily available. I was also involved directly in sold and bought second hand cars; building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and handling the full sales process, from the initial presentation to handover.Other Key tasks include:- Advertised vehicles on appropriate online platforms, ensuring positive results and leads.- Co-coordinating with mechanics and customers for service bookings and scheduling service bookings, ensuring parts are ordered on time- Ensure vehicles were ready for collection at the right time and communicating any delays to the customers
