Independently supports fermentation, recovery, formulation, granulation and packaging processes involved in the production of natural biological pesticide product lines. Responsible for creating and optimizing standard operational procedures, supervising operation of production processes, monitoring plant safety, and training production personnel.•Support ongoing new process and product development efforts -Experimental development of new formulations including materials and operational selections-Create SOP documentation for new process equipment operation and clean-in-place procedures (evaporator, granulator, spray dryer etc.).•Pursue continuous improvement/optimization of fluidized-bed granulation processes involving 14+ product lines.-Track process timing to eliminate non-value added steps and unnecessary equipment down-time-Utilize in-line sampling techniques coupled with sieve analysis to track agglomeration rates-Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions following reported product quality or equipment issues •Develop hands-on training/certification programs for equipment operation positions aiming to reduce human variability in production processes. -Includes instruction on Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), process control measures, and equipment safety. -ISO9001:2008 certification standards incorporated in all training and process documentation.

Supported 15 Lab Technicians in test data entry; interpretation, quality assurance, and archiving of results in preparation for FDA application / test approval progress. Main efforts tied to the creation of new blood-based diagnostic test to screen patients for acute appendicitis.
