+ Responsible for the ETL design and implementation for 2 data warehouses:- One data warehouse was to improve the monthly and quarterly advisory reports and reporting processes by collecting and storing the data required for generating the reports.- Implemented Type I, Type II and Hybrid slowly changing dimensions.- The other was to help the client, the second largest cable operator in the country, make more effective and efficient marketing campaigns and provide more value to their customers.+ Helped solve complex data issues such as changed data capture.+ Served as a Teacher’s Assistant to train 8 new Kensington recruits, and independently led the Informatica case study.+ Promoted from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant in Jan., 2007.+ Kensington/Knightsbridge was acquired by Hewlett Packard in March 2007.

+ Primary responsibility was to implement CATI (Computer-Aided Telephone Interview) surveys which were used by the call center. Also implemented and deployed market research surveys over the Internet for clients.+ Brought personal Web expertise to enhance existing Internet survey capabilities.+ Brought personal custom database (VBA and MS Access) expertise to design, develop and implement 2 major database development efforts:- A project database which integrated Excel, Access and Word to keep an archive of projects.- A financial reporting database which would reduce the lag time on project status reporting and budget from 2 weeks to less than 2 days by creating a database, importing records from the timecard system and producing reports. Worked closely with the CFO to develop the database.
