Responsible for agile software project management and software development teams within the company.Communicating with the company stakeholders to analyze the business needs and promote an agile methodology to produce the needed releases of products for each department within Nova-Tech. I have utilized business analysis techniques to drive to an understanding with stakeholders, development team members and other analysts on the needs of a given project. Leading presentations and classes within the organization to teach large groups Agile and Scrum and how to collaborate as a team. I have also done classes on “One Minute Mentoring” by Ken Blanchard and Servant Leadership Models created by Mark Deterding and the Triune Leadership.Created and implemented reports, graphs, and visual tools to help radiate information to the Product Owner and the Team on the success of product dates and goals. Instrumental in implementing Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relations Management Software. Including high levels of communication to the consultant and working within the consultant’s software created to connect databases.Maintained Database backups and referential data integrity. This included jobs created within the server to notify myself and others of potential bad data being inserted into tables.Created very complex SSRS reports that reported data on hatcheries across the world. This included the use of multiple reports connecting to the same data sets and referencing one another. Created many complex T-SQL queries. These include Inserts, updates, and Deletion of important data within tables. Comparison functions and stored procedures created to check data integrity. Utilization of data manipulation techniques for complex financial reports, such as creating dates to union on for monthly minimum calculation.

I was responsible for the overall care of the company's physical computers as well as some software installs and upgrades. One large task I completed there was installing new computers for all of there staff as well as installing software to all computers and connecting them to their server. This included keeping a report of all the new computer names and their locations.

I was responsible for all private paid customers at Rice Home Medical. When a customer could not pay their medical bill payment I would meet with them and create a finance plan to help them slowly make payments as needed. I was also in charge of all collections and approvals for all bills not billed to Insurance companies.
