We built and began putting in place a leading DEIAB roadmap. We created and launched a culture advisory board (CAB) to extend our reach and collect more input from our field and clinical teams. We ditched content-heavy slides in favor of more conversational, slide-free all-company meetings. We created specialized leadership communication templates to align messaging and improve executive visibility. We introduced three new “digest” communications to increase engagement with targeted audiences. And we worked side-by-side with Marketing leadership and Brand to drive internal adoption of a company brand refresh, using identity theory to solidify connection to our broader purpose.
