As a server trainer at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., I use my Spanish and classroom management skills to train and mentor new and existing staff on food safety, customer service, and menu knowledge. I have been working in the restaurant industry for over three years, starting as a dishwasher and advancing to a line cook, a busser, and a server at different establishments. I am also pursuing a BA in Anthropology at California State University, Fullerton minoring in Criminal Justice, and I obtained associate's degree in History at Santiago Canyon College, with a passion for learning about Forensic Anthropology. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a fast learner, who strives for a successful future. I am looking for internships in the Crime Lab as well as curious on information upon masters programs that offer forensic studies.
