I have over 10+ years of experience in the military, where I have held various leadership and operational postions in support of planning and executing complex missions. The last 10 years have been focused on training simulations development, managing resources, and leading collaborative teams. I have acquired multiple skills and competencies through my service, such as strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability. My mission is to support the Army's vision of being the most lethal and versatile land force in the world by developing capabitlies that support Multi-Domain Operations Training and contribute to the national security and defense of the country. I am passionate about the field of capabilities development, and I constantly seek to learn from the best practices and innovations of other organizations and industries.
