Same company, new name! We've finally shed all of our Nortel Infrastructure, and are fully migrated to our Cisco/Interactive Intelligence platform at all locations.

Part of a crack team of telecommunications professionals, supporting the bank's telephone and networking infrastructure. Supported platforms include Cisco CallManager, Unity Messaging and IPCC along with the routers and switches that tie everything together. Additionally, I support a number of Nortel PBXs with CallPilot voicemail and Symposium Call Center Server.

Initially hired as a member of Nortel's outsourced CSAN pre-sales call center, I went on to handle engineering support of Intelli-Flex's Nortel and Cisco sales teams, along with installation and field support of their customers' systems.

Our company, based in the Basque town of Zarautz (Gipuzkoa), provided a wide range of services including language classes, translation, interpreting and IT consulting.

I began as an instructor and soon progressed to the position of Assistant Director. As such I organized classes, advised potential students on placement and studies, and developed curricula. I also oversaw our initial transition to computerized records, and developed a database system for tracking students, teachers and classes, with a billing module written in Turbo Pascal that interfaced with banking systems for monthly EFT transfers.
