Documentum performance and complex solution design/implementation for large corporations and the Federal Government. Experience with complex solution design and integrations. Troubleshooting and resolution of large scalability and performance problems through OS, network, IO, memory and CPU troubleshooting/profiling. Development of custom load generators, migration utilities for small to large systems as well as writing adapters for EMA and Content Bridge ETL engines.Co-wrote a .Net framework for consuming Documentum REST services that works on .Net, .Net Core, and Mono. The framework can be used on Mac, Linux, Windows, Droid, iPhone, and Windows Phone. The framework was released to EMC's open source GitHub site: http://github.io/Enterprise-Content-Management.Working with cloud solutions and integrations with OnDemand product catalog.

Performance and Architecture analysis of largely scalable government systems on highly visible and media reported projects.Provided re-design of templates for a Web Publisher customer reducing template load times from 20 or more minutes down to less than 30 seconds. Customized front end to automatically generate and populate templates. (MTS plugin and WebPublisher customized service). Wrote a B2B integration by transforming incoming XML feeds into Webpublisher content for customer portal.Implementation of ECIS and Regulatory Publishing Transformation Services.Built a Metastorm BPM to Documentum connector for a DoD customer. The integration provided Records Manager, Documentum Client for Outlook, and Application Connector customizations. Maintained common code base and coordination of architecture decisions to minimize amount of code between applications. Migrations, upgrades, and replay forming of customer Documentum systems to existing and new hardware. Responsible for designing upgrade, migration, test, and cutover plans.Retention Policy Services with Centera integration installation and customizations of RPSA and WebPublisher.Provided performance assessment and optimization of WDK based trading application for a large Wall Street stock rating company.Developed Lotus Notes connector and Office to WDK integration (done 2 years before Documentum did it as part of their product).Analysis and troubleshooting of Documentum system performance for a variety of clients including large financial companies and defense contractors.Engaged to design, develop, and implement a custom ERP integration to manage the transmittal of CAD and project related documentation sets.Designed, developed, and implemented a high profile job and proposal management system for a large government contractor company.

Started as an I.T. Manager when the company was starting up (about 50 employees). I managed the corporate infrastructure and built support systems for the local telephone company's ISP and developed automated provisioning processes for DSL.As we began growing through acquisitions I became responsible for transitioning those companies onto our centralized billing and support systems and providing a fault tolerant network to avoid loss of mission critical systems.Negotiated multi-million dollar contracts with global communications companies to help build our fiber backbone in the southeast U.S. and connect our other northern telephone companies to our backbone to save on network costs.Managed the building of corporate data centers for providing fault tolerance and disaster recovery.Involved in due diligence for determining feasibility of integrating potential acquisition targets onto our operation and support systems.

Managed the I.T. infrastructure.

Started out at the ground floor filling in for absent workers, helping with grounds and building maintenance. I moved into digital image scanning and correction and became the Assistant Systems Manager. ISP startups were becoming common so when the newspaper decided to become an ISP, I took the lead at providing infrastructure and support. I spoke at conferences held by our parent corporation, Freedom Communications to help others understand what were were doing and how it was benefiting us. I developed applications used by other newspapers in the Freedom Communications family that allowed them to automate converting classified ads from legacy pagination systems directly to html, providing some of the first online classified ads.
