Required to efficiently run security within the Company location. Identifying any risks for logging into the Unit Risk register.4. Responsible for the daily running and maintenance of an efficient store and have a good knowledge of the equipment and paperwork audit's involved.5. Advise the Company on all SHEFF &COSSH maters.6. Advise the Company on all mandatory inspections that are to be carried out.7. To advise the Company on all matters relating to transport. -Career Manager for approx 250 workforce-Ensure the workforce has the correct skills and qualifications to progress within the career system-Deliver direction, policy and guidance courses to Junior management -Identify suitable candidates to attend external courses to improve the overall workforce performance.

-Senior training instructor in charge of 50 personnel at any one time.-Provide training, policy, direction using state of the art equipment.-Coach and mentor four junior managers and ensure they develop professionally to meet the demands of there roles.-Provide key feedback and training analysis to senior management, in order to influence future events.
