As a director of category development/ business development manager at Advantage Solutions, I managed cross-functional relationships between clients and internal organization while owning and being accountable for leading the category management team on the military channel.

At Southeastern Grocers, I Directed sales operations in 850+ stores and crafted strategies to maximize revenue, while implementing actionable retail merchandising plans for stores to execute.

As a Category Management Analyst, I managed all aspects of soft drinks sales for Winn-Dixie to drive the business growth while partnering with supplier account representatives and directors to set objectives that drive business impact, and maximum client support.

While at Cott Beverages, I leveraged data analyses to conduct forecasts, monitor sales productivity, aided product launches, identify current trends, and shaped strategies by conceptualizing and executing category management strategies targeted at further installations.

At Sara Lee I helped to increase business performance by providing sales and marketing management expertise to Winn-Dixie and Sara Lee to ensure consumer needs were satisfied throughout the strategic and tactical decision-making processes. While delivering all category reviews and new item presentations by utilizing IRI Scan, Panel and Spectra data I helped to exceed over $55 million in annualized sales.

My time with PepsiCo was priceless, and set a precedent for all of my future roles, as I assisted in improving the category management process within the key accounts by providing product management, analysis, strategies, and sales presentation support. As a Category Analyst, I gained account manager knowledge by maintaining ownership of various customer category reviews and actively participate in presenting at customer sites with field sales representatives. My most memorable time with the company was when I was awarded PepsiCo recognition for outstanding performance in Non-Carbonated Beverage segment.
