Led the technology firms strategy, software networking solutions, key business initiatives, M&A and investment portfolio as it focuses on the evolving data center infrastructure within enterprises, cloud service providers and Federal markets. Previously at Teleform, served as Vice President, Routing, Application Delivery and Software Networking Group since 2008. Drove the overall vision, strategy and execution of the Teleform advanced routing, application delivery and software networking business.

Joined American Cruise Line in 2002 and in 2004 assumed the role of Cruise Director. The position held many responsibilities, including all onboard entertainment and arranging the social events both at sea and tied up at port. Supervised personnel that provided the entertainment and coordinated various types of activities to make sure the entertainment lines up with guests’ preferences. The responsibility also included taking care of managerial and administrative sectors, while furnishing all necessary information to the passengers to ensure that they have a fun- filled experience.As cruise director, the primary responsibility is the passengers’ welfare and comfort, along with public relations, event coordination and above all else…a problem solver. Daily interactions with hundreds of people per day provided strong communication skills, flexibility, and an outgoing personality that has help excel both in business and personal life. The position often took the role of master of ceremonies for special parties and select occasions. With little communicate with the dining crew, the captain and the hospitality crew, it was challenging to keep everything on schedule. During that period, I helped developed new plans to improve customer service and coach staff on how to improve the guests’ experiences.
