A Professional Services Director with Solutions Manager experience. I have a background standardizing processes, building out teams, and automating workflows with the end goal of helping small and medium-sized businesses grow. In my current role, I work with medical groups, universities, and large enterprises to realize cost savings and revenue recovery while using our SaaS platforms. I oversee an incredible group of dedicated individuals who are responsible for all implementations and product deployments. Together we’ve built a team that strives for continuous process improvement with each new account, and we’ve worked to standardize the communication process between project managers and product managers. Developer capacity has increased as a result, and we’ve seen 4x growth on our largest project. I’ve obtained my MBA and undergraduate business degree from the University of California, Davis.
