Responsible for a busy catering unit based in the Head Office of a global organization, Cadbury’s PLC, recently taken over by Kraft. I was responsible for a team of ten people and the training of any new staff. On a day to day basis I oversee 3 coffee shops, a cafe, and the main restaurant within the building. I would hold Regular meetings with supplier reps to discuss business accounts and future purchases; I also helped to run promotions and events in the building.
