Our work support UN World Order number 1; “abolish poverty”.Through my leadership I have been responsible for developing digital support for companies and citizens' of Copenhagen. 1) The self-service solution "MitBetalingsOverblik", where Copenhagen is the first municipality to offer mobile payment, agreements and subscription payments with MobilePay - (in 2018).2) Digital conversion of incoming phone calls, where citizens are scored and thus speak to the employee who best matches the citizen's life situation - (in 2018).3) Development of algorithm that can distribute the municipal shares of corporate taxes to the municipalities based on headquarters and branches. (2017)4) Digital Assistant, who prepares possible fraud cases based on cpr number in less than 1 minute - (in 2015).1) Responsibility for the collection of public receivables including budget responsibility and corporate taxes. 2) Responsibility for enforcement of property tax3) Responsibility for debt counseling in a societal perspective. - Debt to the municipality must NOT put the citizen on the street.Until 22/3-2018 Responsibility for working with fraud within the social security legislation.Strategic alliances with KL, SKAT, Udbetaling Danmark, Digitaliseringsstyrelsen. Serving politician and directors at the strategic level.
