As Director of Business Development, Michael Monte oversees corporate expansion and growth for one of the oldest and most successful privately held real estate companies in South Florida. Under his leadership, Cervera Real Estate expanded its global reach, introduced cutting-edge technology to its sales and marketing platform, and brought more than 100 associates to the firm’s eight South Florida offices.Named Director of Business Development in 2019, Michael draws upon his entrepreneurial background and passion for fostering a culture that rewards excellent customer service, innovation, and teamwork to drive change within Cervera Real Estate. Michael spearheaded the corporate initiative to join Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global real estate community comprised of 550 independently owned real estate companies awarded membership based on rigorous standards for service and performance; and its luxury marketing division, Luxury Portfolio International®. He revolutionized the firm’s sales and marketing platform with the CerveraHub, an industry-leading suite of tech tools featuring a sophisticated CRM, cutting-edge buyer and seller presentations with built-in CMAs, and property marketing concierge center for listing agents, and custom agent websites featuring IDX search. He also orchestrated the launch of Cervera Enhance, a service that allows sellers to repair, refresh and remodel their properties and delay payment until closing. In the process, he led the refresh of the Cervera brand and the launch of a new corporate website.

Responsible for design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of products and services. Oversaw all of the day to day operations which encompass payroll services, human resources and employee benefits. Planning, implementation and most importantly, fostering a culture that rewards excellent customer service, innovation and team work. Under my leadership the company grew from a small local player to a super-regional service provider with clients in 48 States and the District of Columbia.
