On Site management of Paseo Nuevo Shops & Restaurants, a 450K square foot lifestyle center located in downtown Santa Barbara and anchored by a Nordstrom and Macy's department stores. Directly responsible for the success of the center with responsibilities that include managing all third party vendors, as well as building and maintaining relationships with the 50+ premium retail stores and restaurants located within the center. Strong emphasis on ensuring the financial success of the Property with direct involvement in rent collections, certifying of monthly rent billings, approval and oversight of all property related invoices and monthly forecasting.
