- Work collaboratively on cross-functional teams to review, develop, and implement Sales Enablement initiatives, tools, and resources.- Continually review tools and resources for improvements to strengthen Sales in specific segments of the business.- Train new and existing Sales team members (locally and nationally) as part of Sales Enablement initiatives.- Manage implementation and adoption of new Sales Enablement programs. Adjust the program or adoption process when necessary. - Identify opportunities for improvement and create solutions to enhance procedures and process flow in Sales Enablement, communication, data visualization, and communication plans.- Organizing communication plans and write copy for critical messages that impact 300+ field sales employees.- Revise, critique, and provide feedback for external communication and internal communication plans.- Serve as Product Manager for specific programs that help the field sales team’s success.- Create and deliver engaging, impactful training sessions for new hire orientations.
