• Drive Automotive Quality Management, including defining/implementing QA Standard and best practices. • Lead all Automotive Product qualification based on AEC-Q100 guidelines, including gap analysis, testability, characterization, and defect screening of automotive products. • Work with all different disciplines and also manufacturing facilities to implement continuous improvements program and “zero defect” methodologies for Automotive products. • Develop, implement, maintain, and train all of the fundamental Automotive product quality core elements / tools, including Process and Design FMEAs, MSA, SPC (Process capability & Process performance of variable data, Control chart), PPAP, and APQP.• Lead all activities leading to the completion of the PPAPs and securing the Customer approvals. • Lead DPPM reduction activities aiming at an ongoing DPPM reduction across all products focusing on achieving target zero DPPM for automotive products. • Lead technical contact on products covered for Tier3 customer quality returns and backend cost reduction activities.

• Responsible for >6 simultaneous qualifications of new MEMS microphone product introductions that represented 1/3 of 2016-2017 growth revenue. • Oversaw several international cross functional teams to solve complex issues and maintained zero disqualification record.• Support of very high volume manufacturing +200million units a year along with balancing new tool introduction.

• Over saw several automotive qualifications of pressure and accelerometer sensors in multiple applications in accordance with AEC-Q100.• Optimized new test platforms to maximize yield, test time and maintain coverage.• Minimized impact of design errata to customer samples through innovative test screening insertions with DPAT limits and SPC.• Maintained production launch schedule throughout transition to new foundry.• Formulated multiple DOEs to determine root cause of packaging related failures.• Collaborated with multifunctional teams to address customer returns from quality incidences and determine root cause.• Managed the transition on a new test platform that allowed for a 100% increase in throughput while maintaining multiple customer specification requirements.• Over saw several automotive requalification of pressure sensors in multiple applications needed because of process and assembly related changes. • Performed sustaining activities to European and Asian automotive customers and design experiments to address customer application issues.
