Both an extensible platform and all-in-one customer engagement offering.• Led and managed a team of 13 globally distributed software engineers working on data engineering and analytics for PureCloud, focusing on real-time and batch pipelines and data platform/APIs. Areas of concern include ingest, processing, analysis, warehouse, ETL, search, information retrieval, aggregation, BI, and reporting.• Team focus is to build and support a variety of analytical big data products as well as curate high-value datasets for the wider organization.
