I am a well connected and innovative Tech Sector Leader. Given the breadth and depth of my experience I can add value at a Senior Leadership level across a number of different functional areas; Strategy Development & Execution, Sales & Sales Management, Partner & Channel Management, Customer Management, Operations & Delivery Management, Innovation Management and Technology Commercialization. My main focus is on working with businesses that have a great culture. For me that means a collaborative, innovative, supportive and dynamic environment, where leaders are not afraid to try bold new directions. I simply love working with ambitious businesses looking to innovate and adopt an exponential mindset to drive their growth. Over my career, I have undertaken a range of entrepreneurial, management and governance roles. I started as a consultant in several global consulting firms and then founded my own business, driving its rapid growth and exiting to one of the world’s top 5 IT companies. I went on to undertake a number of sales leadership roles with that business, before running a key customer management and delivery stream for NZ's largest Microsoft partner. Of late my activities have been focused on innovation management and helping New Zealand's best and boldest entrepreneurs in creating truly world-class companies.I have advised and invested in numerous start-up and early stage businesses, as well as undertaken strategic and governance roles on the Boards of innovative, early stage and more mature businesses. I have built and managed multiple high performing teams across sales, customer management, operations and solution delivery as well as established and run several innovation programs both in the commercial and public sectors.
