In January of 2015, the national organization of Architecture for Humanity went bankrupt, much to the surprise of the local chapter directors. The New Orleans chapter, along with many others worldwide, elected to continue our work, and rebuild a new 'bottom-up' organization to provide resources and coordination to continue our local work, with the temporary name of the 'Chapter network,' and the eventual final name of the 'Open Architecture Collaborative.'Duties included continuing the operations of the local chapter, as well as meeting with other chapter representatives worldwide, both on regular conference calls, and a weekend conference in which we hashed out a future vision and structure for the network.

Helped maintain and refine the newly-created chapter into its current, and hopefully future form. Set up and ran meetings, met with clients, forged strategic partnerships, started projects, delegated work, met with clients, managed projects, created deliverables, did code research, wrote analyses, did presentation drawings. This position overlapped with the project director and being project manager of a few projects.

Kept track of all projects in the chapter. Worked with clients, and helped the various project managers for each project with their needs to get the projects done. Oversaw the first completed project for the chapter.
