Michael’s passion for photography started with Cinema; The idea of storytelling & capturing the perfect moment is what drives his creativity. After working with Broadsheet, he’s moved on to work internationally with organisations such as Accor, Campari, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Delicious Magazine, City of Melbourne, Untitled Group & has recently concluded his first debut solo exhibition ‘Dream’ at the heritage listed Meat Market Stables in North Melbourne. In 2017 he shot the ‘Yes Photo’, while photographing the international best seller Shannon’s Kitchen. His photographic style artistic and commercial has a distinct attention to human lifestyle, mixed with the elegance of contemporary, photographic style and hyperrealism. Michael works as a creative director for large, creative campaigns such as #PhillipIsland , and is a specialist in creating the impossible. Wanting to add more meaning and build a team around his work, he built Instant Crush in 2019, which has escalated into a five person production company that creates photo and video content around Australia.
