I was responsible for reporting the consolidated results for 2 entities (one UK based) at Board level, and had overall responsibility for the preparation of cash flows, forecasts and budgets for the Group as well as compilation of the Administration Board Report.As an integral part of the Executive Committee, I provided strategic planning and reporting including preparing the draft business plan and financial model for the annual planning process for both Australian and UK entities.Developed and implemented an innovative Excel-based financial reporting package. Moved the business away from P&L reporting on a cash basis to a deferral and accruals basis resulting in significant deferral of taxes.Identified savings across all insurance policies which represented a 40% saving in costs.Managed the company's EMDG grants and Research and Development grants
