PLLC. I recently won a motion to exclude a blood test that claimed THC (marijuana) was present in a client's blood. The motion was based on a lack of reliability in the analysis conducted by the Michigan State Police lab. I also successfully litigated an “uncertainty” challenge in an OWI blood case; was certified as competent in the theory of breath testing and operation of the datamaster breath test instrument by the manufacturer after attending its 3 day course and was asked to present at the American Academy of Forensic Science (AAFS) 2012 annual conference. I am an adjunct professor of forensic evidence at Cooley Law School and DUI law and practice at Cooley.

I was responsible for reporting andbroadcasting at least one new story per day, which included on-air presentation andusually live reporting. I filled in as an anchor frequently during the morning newscastsand weekend newscasts. My beats primarily entailed government/politics and law. Michigan Radio Network. I was a contributing reporter on a contract basis to provide ten(10) stories per week for a statewide radio news network with over fifty (50) affiliates. CBS/Owned/Operated WWJ AM 950; I was hired as a writer and I also didfill-in reporting, producing and spent some time as an assignment editor.

I worked part-time delivering news on weekends and contributingstories occasionally during the week. I also contributed to the Michigan Public Radiodaily program.; I also contributed occasionally to the programs produced by theChristian Science Monitor, National Public Radio and BBC news.
