A highlight was developing strategies integral to Chevrolet’s sponsorship of Manchester United in the European Premier League.In 2019, I transitioned to a leadership role at DOBI Real Estate, a startup brokerage in Birmingham, Michigan. As Director of Operations, I led the development of business processes, implemented financial and CRM systems, and designed workflows that maximized efficiency for a team of 50+ real estate agents. This experience honed my skills in building high-functioning business units from the ground up. Following a successful tenure, an international executive recruiting firm engaged me as a Business Operations and EOS consultant where I eventually moved into a full-time role, driving alignment for the company’s vision, strategy, and growth execution.Today, I use my skills in process development and financial analysis to enhance operational efficiency and profitability for numerous companies in a consulting capacity.
