Led teams to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects (errors) and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes. Utilizes a set of quality management methods, including statistical methods, and creates a special infrastructure of people within the organization who are experts in these methods. Each Six Sigma project carried out follows a defined sequence of steps and has quantified financial targets (cost reduction and/or profit increase).

Supply chain and resource manager for a 700 Soldier battalion deployed in support of the Afghanistan Surge in spring '10. Responsible for managing a $3.5M budget in order to equip, train, and support all requirements of 8 subordinate units. Managed the battalion's Government Purchase Card program overseeing 200 purchases in excess of $500K.

Coordinator of all resources for a 161 Soldier horizontal construction company. Planned, coordinated, and executed a CONUS deployment in order to construct a $1.5M range over the course of two months in El Paso, TX.

Human Resources Officer for a 700 Soldier Engineer Battalion. Responsible for the transformation of a legacy, 3 company battalion, to a modular, 5 company / 3 detachment battalion prepared to deploy independently if necessary. Requisitioned over 400 personnel shortages in order to increase personnel strength over the course of a year. Supervised the processing of all awards, evaluations, and personnel actions.

Vertical Platoon Leader of a 40 man platoon deployed in support of OIF. Planned, prepared, and executed $30M in construction to include road repair, wood frame construction, concrete pads, barrier emplacement, electrical repairs (fuse box to structure), and pipefitting (<4").
